I was born and raised in Malaysia. After completed a medical degree in Taiwan, I immigrated to New Zealand in 2007. Here, I gained a Postgraduate Diploma of Child Health in 2010 and GP fellowship in 2014. I perform minor surgeries. I am able to do ingrown toenail, simple skin lesion excision and steroid injections (shoulder, knee, carpal tunnel, trigger finger etc). I speak fluent English and Chinese. I understand most Taiwanese, Cantonese but am not able to speak them. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing tennis and violin. I perform steroid injections for non-ACC conditions. An initial consultation is required before a procedure can be scheduled. Patients with ACC conditions will be referred to specialist interventional radiologists

I am originally from Pakistan where I completed my primary medical qualification. I have worked as a GP both at home and abroad in primary care, as well as with voluntary organisations providing quality health care to underprivileged communities.
As a mum to three beautiful young adults, I have a special connection with adolescent health. I also have a special interest in women’s health especially post-menopausal issues and mental health.
Outside the clinic I am passionate about social work and love cooking for friends and family.

I completed my medical degree in France in 2003. For the past 20 years, I've mainly worked in rural general practices in France, but I also spent 1 year working in dispensaries in the Amazon rainforest and overwintered as the head doctor in the 'Concordia' station on the Antarctic plateau. I love the diversity of general practice, whether it's chronic care management, minor surgery, gynaecology or paediatrics. I moved to New Zealand in early 2025 with my husband and our daughter. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and outdoor activities. I speak English and French.
